A batch stopped partway through.

Batches run in the active Google Photos tab. If the tab was closed or navigated away, the batch stops. Reopen Google Photos, re-select the remaining photos, and run it again.

The Bulk button isn't showing up.

Make sure you're on photos.google.com and have selected at least two photos. If it still doesn't appear, reload the tab — Google occasionally changes its layout and the button reattaches on reload.

Some photos were skipped.

If a photo can't be processed, Bulk skips it, doesn't charge a credit, and continues. Try running the skipped photos again on their own.

How do I manage my subscription?

Use the account link in the extension's Settings panel to manage or cancel your plan through our payment processor.
